Note 1) Proof required for Fellows/Residents/Medical Students. The deposit is refundable. The deposit will be forfeited for NO SHOW.
Note 2) Spouse/Guest/Children are invited to attend the daily breakfast buffet and two receptions and buffet dinners. Spouse/Guest/Children MAY NOT attend the sessions, workshops or lunches.
GUILD 2021 Refund Policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy GUILD 2021 (EXCLUDES EXHIBITORS)
From the initial registration and January 1, 2021, 50 percent of the total registration fee will be charged.
There will be NO refunds for cancellations on /after January 2, 2021, and after. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
Registrants who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following the meeting.
If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration, you are required to do so on Cvent. You may retrieve your registration profile by entering your original email address and your password.
All late registration and/or name change made to a registration 14 days prior to arrival is subject to a $25 administrative fee.
GUILD is not responsible for anything the occurs related to attendance of the conference.
