The hotel confirms or denies special requests. Requests are NOT guaranteed by NMG Meeting or GUILD only by the hotel. Hawaii State Law prohibits more than 4 persons per room.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Room Category Availability:<\/strong> Room categories are based on availability on the date the request is received. Should a category be sold out for the dates requested, your room reservations will automatically be confirmed in the next available category. Hotel reservations cannot be confirmed by phone.<\/p>\n<h4>Deposit\/Cancellation Policy:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Two nights room and tax deposit is required upon booking a room.<\/li>\n<li>At 45 days prior to your arrival date the 2 (two) night deposit becomes non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>At 30 days prior to your arrival date all nights are non-refundable including shortening of stay or a cancellation.
