Maximum room occupancy is four (4) persons. Aruba government tax ratio is 9.5% plus a $3.00 environment levy per room per night (subject to change).<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Hotel Charges:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Porterage:<\/strong> $5.00 + tax per person, per roundtrip (mandatory +9.5% tax).<\/p>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<h4>Please note the following:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum three (3) night stay is required for the group rates.<\/li>\n<li>You must register for the conference to receive the discounted room rate. Limited number of rooms available. We strongly encourage participants to reserve early to insure a room in their desired category.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>DEADLINE DATE:<\/strong> December 9th 2023 or once the contracted block is sold out. Any reservation received after this date cannot be assured of hotel space or the group rate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special Request Available: <\/strong>Please submit all Special Requests to the Hilton Aruba. The hotel confirms or denies special requests. Requests are NOT guaranteed by NMG Meeting or GUILD only by the hotel.
