  1. Proof required for Fellows\/Students\/Residents.<\/li>\n
  2. Registered spouses, guests and children are invited to join us for a breakfast buffet served from 7:30-8:30 am (in exhibit hall) and the Welcome Dinner. Spouse, guests and children are not permitted in the sessions, workshops and luncheons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cancellation\/Refund Policy (excludes exhibit booth registration).<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. From the initial confirmation and up to November 16, 2024, 50% of the total registration fee will be charged.<\/li>\n
    2. On or after November 17, 2024, there will be no refunds.<\/li>\n
    3. There will be NO refunds for no-shows.<\/li>\n
    4. Refunds will be processed thirty (30) days following the meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration, you are required to do so on the NMG Registration website. Registrants who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees.<\/p>\n

      Transfer Policy<\/h4>\n

      Registrations are non-transferable up to 45 days to the start of the conference.<\/p>\n
