Notes

  1. Proof is required for Residents.
  2. Spouses, guests, and children are invited to join us for a daily hot breakfast buffet served (in the exhibit hall) and Welcome Reception & Dinner. Spouses, guest, and children CANNOT attend lectures, lunches or workshops.
  3. You must state whether you are from a medical office or industry. Provide the name of your office or company.

Cancellations/Refund Policy for Meeting Registration (excludes Exhibit Booth Registrants)

  • From the initial confirmation and up to October 3, 2025, 50% of the total registration fee will be charged.
  • On or after October 4, 2025, there will be no refunds.
  • There will be NO refunds for no-shows.
  • Registrants who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees.
  • Refunds will be processed thirty (30) days following the meeting. Any eligible refunds will be refunded in the manner in which fees were paid.

If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, you are required to do so on the NMG Registration website.

Transfer Policy

Registrations are non-transferable up to 45 days to the start of the conference.

Late Registration

  • All On-Site registrations are subject to a $50.00 on-site fee.
