- Spouses, guests, and children are invited to join us for a daily hot breakfast buffet served (in the exhibit hall) and Welcome Reception & Dinner. Spouses, guest, and children CANNOT attend lectures, lunches or workshops.<\/li>\n
- You must state whether you are from a medical office or industry. Provide the name of your office or company.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Cancellations\/Refund Policy for Meeting Registration (excludes Exhibit Booth Registrants)<\/h4>\n

- From the initial confirmation and up to October 17, 2025, 50% of the total registration fee will be charged.<\/li>\n
- On or after October 18th, 2025, there will be no refunds.<\/li>\n
- There will be NO refunds for no-shows.<\/li>\n
- Registrants who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees.<\/li>\n
- Refunds will be processed thirty (30) days following the meeting. Any eligible refunds will be refunded in the manner in which fees were paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, you are required to do so on the NMG Registration website.<\/p>\n
Transfer Policy<\/h4>\n

- Registrations are non-transferable up to 45 days to the start of the conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Late Registration<\/h4>\n

- All On-Site registrations are subject to a $50.00 on-site fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
