The group rate at Wailea Marriott hotel is sold out. Due to high demand, hotel bookings are becoming difficult on Maui. We recommend contacting hotels directly for reservations prior to registration.

GUILD 2022 Refund Policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy GUILD 2022 (EXCLUDES EXHIBITORS)
From the initial registration and up to December 31st, 2021, a fee of 50% will be charged. On/After January 1st, 2022, there will be NO refunds for cancellations.
There will be no refunds for no-shows.
Registrants who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following the meeting.
If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration, you are required to do so on Cvent. You may retrieve your registration profile by entering your original email address and your password.
All late registration and/or name change made to a registration 14 days prior to arrival is subject to a $25 administrative fee.
