GUILD does not store sensitive information from visitors, such as credit card information or social security numbers. GUILD implements commercially reasonable measures and systems to ensure confidentiality and integrity of data as appropriate.
Third Party Service Providers
GUILD may use certain third-party providers as needed to conduct business and to provide specific services. These third parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services. We make our privacy policies clear to any providers, and adherence to these policies is required for maintaining a business relationship with GUILD. These companies are under contractual obligation with GUILD, and do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
